The horizontal rows are called periods

metals
nonmetals consist of halogens, nobel gases,
metalloids, etc.
Metals consist of Alkali metals, Alkaline earth
metals, Lanthanoids, Transition metals, Post-
transition metals and Actinoids

It is melted down and added to lead
to make bullets and batteries or
