begin to build their Portfolio from as little as $100 after the joining fee.
• All Members funds are placed in a pool. We divide these funds amongst several different properties
to ensure a better return in a quicker time. As each deal settles, Members have four options as to
how to distribute their funds - the first being, withdraw all funds.
• There is a Membership Fee of $249USD* (once only) with an annual administration fee of $50*
which is deducted from profits. As a Member, you can also choose to participate in our Referral
Program. This program rewards you for referring others to the lucrative Real Estate Market.
In 2012 our Consultants purchased hundreds of properties with a profit
