This document discusses different color schemes including monochromatic, analogous, complementary, split complementary, and triad. Monochromatic uses tints and shades of one color. Analogous uses adjacent colors on the color wheel. Complementary uses two colors directly opposite on the wheel. Split complementary combines a color with the two on each side of its complement. Triad uses three colors equally spaced on the wheel.
