- Rebecca- Welcome and introduction
- Rebecca- Why are we here? We’re here to talk about a partnership and pilot program that took us from programs that look like this (change image to tables with computers set out)
- Rebecca- To this. A room full of engaged learners working together and also having fun.
- Rebecca- And how did we do this? We’ll talk about the pilot project called, Xenos, that gave us an opportunity to learn how to build a community, create learners, empower users, and learn how to partner with other groups.

- Rebecca-Elmer goes from being a student to a paid staff. Participants moved up one level in language acquisition. They all learned basic computer skills. Knowing how to use the computer and feeling more confident in practicing skills. New library users!
