14. 馬來西亞的面積是台灣的 7 倍大，而人口數卻和台灣差不多，非常廣闊，我們首先到訪（ BUKIT TAGAR SANITARY LANDFILL SELANGOR,MALAYSIA ）垃圾掩埋場，該掩埋場成立於 2004 年，佔地約 600 公頃，每天可處理 1500-2000 公噸的垃圾，由於附近並無 民眾居住，所以沒有抗爭等問題，垃圾主要來自一般家庭、工業及已處理的化學廢料 .. 等，目前馬來西亞僅有二座掩埋場，其污水亦處理後再放流，我們實際到掩 埋場附近，已有陣陣異味撲鼻，仍有許多進步的空間。
