My background includes serving as an International Trader, a Foreign Trade and Logistics Analyst, a Team
Leader and Machine Operator.
Recently, I worked on the commercial department of GLOBALSIEG, and in the Freight Forwarding
department, where my responsibilities included negotiating with suppliers, elaborating import projects, plus
offering freight forwarding services and follow up, making the client enjoy their comfort to have things done.
Previously, I worked as an Assistant Supervisor and Machine Operator for a Seafood factory from New
Zealand, called SANFORD LTD. In these positions, I could practice my interests in new technologies and
demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such as billing disputes, service
interruptions or cutoffs, repair technician delays and equipment disorders). I consistently met my service-
volume goals, supervising an average of 50 people and giving support in the operation of more than 30
machines.
In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer relationship skills and practice in negotiation
at my works in the commercial department.
I also bring to the table strong language and communication skills for this position, as I am a native Portuguese
speaker and I am fluent in English, because I lived in New Zealand for more than six years, from 2005 to 2012.
