- Good afternoon Professor Pugh and class I’m Erika L. LaMarch presenting on Keller Williams Real Estate As an example notice the KW Brandywine Valley office. I began working at this office August 23, 2005, and the office began operating in the beginning of September 2005. - KWU& Millionaire systems are very effective training business entities. The Training effort’s of KW are unparalleled and these companies are only afforded to KW Agents. A logo to represent the value system of our company. A charity committee one of six committees established in each real estate office the other five include (technology, social, growth, and training) EagenC is another system provided to agents that are interested in using modern technology. Everyone values different qualities, so I believe that Keller Williams is the best real estate agency based on $.
- A real estate agency without realtors makes no money. So human resources or recruitment is crucial KW rank.
