1. Care and maintenance of the extruder
Screw extrusion system uses in two ways of daily maintenance and regular
maintenance of maintenance:

materials , affecting the product yield, quality, and increased head resistance.

anti-rust grease in the screw, Jane, head, etc.. Small screw to be hoisted in the air
or placed in special wooden box and level up with the wood, so as not to screw
deformation.
(8) regular calibration of the temperature control instrumentation, check the The
accuracy of adjustment and sensitivity of the control.
(9) the gearbox of the extruder is the same as the general ones. To check the wear
and failure conditions of the gears bearings and so on. Manual gear box should be
specified using thespecified machine oil. oil too much,multi-energy, oil is erishable,
which will let the lubrication failure, causing the consequences of damaging to parts.
(10) attached to the cooling pipe extruder is easy to guitar scale and corrosive
rust. Maintenance checks should be done carefully. If the pipe scale too much, it will
not reach a cooling effect. so care must be taken in the cleaning and preservation
measures to cool down.
(11)focus on examination of wear and exposure of the DC motor.

maintenance and repair plant.
