 5 hrs. per day of good sunlight = 8.9 kWh / 5 hrs. = 1.78kW
 1,780/280 W panels = 6.4 panels = 7 panels at 1,960 W
 California install cost for a 1,960 W system = $4.30/wp x 1,960 = $8,428
