• Don’t fall for any of the stupid booze and medicine
drug commercials on TV
• There is NOTHING cool or glorious about drinking
nor smoking!
• They are just designed to make you feel good
today, get the drug and booze makers rich, but
harm you very hard later so they get the insurance
and pharmaceutical industries richer
• So, while you are still young, treat your body right!
- The older you get, the less you can rely on alternative
medicine. Once you hit 60′s, your only choice will be
medicine drugs!
- Your body is like your car… you give it good fuel, it runs
you for ever! You give it crappy fuel, it will be in a mechanic
shop once a month and will die much sooner than average
cars
5. No more Red meat! At least drop it by 90%
• A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than
beef or pork
• Red Meat contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, all of
which are harmful, especially to people with cancer
• Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes.
• Undigested meat remaining in the intestines becomes putrefied and leads to more
toxic buildup
• Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering
• By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein
walls of cancer cells and allows the body’s killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.

• Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to

• Water-best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins
and heavy metals in tap water.
• Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.

into your body
Most diseases including cancer cannot thrive and survive in
an Antioxidants and Oxygen rich environment. The

• Thirty minutes of daily yoga or meditation on an empty stomach
is good enough to enter oxygen into your red blood cells
• Exercising daily and deep breathing help to get more oxygen

10. How and where to Get Antioxidants?
• They are everywhere and you can get them cheap
• kiwi, beets, Papaya, turnip, all kinds of berries – particularly,
Blueberries.
