1.    White light wins over yellowish one; brighter light is normally well perceived than dim light
2.    Design of the environment and the correspondence of the logo and the interior stimulate willingness to purchase
3.    Light music is better than no music at all
4.    Crowded shops stimulate people to come in and take a look, and eventually even buy stuff
5.    Neatly stalled items draw more attention than chaos
6.    “Chaos”, if necessary, should be carefully designed ;)
7.    Higher priced items are normally places at the level of eyes/outstretched arm, customers have to bend to reach
      the lower priced items
8.    The “comfort” height of the shop is of crucial importance for the buyer to feel well. Low ceiling makes people
      want to leave the shop as soon as possible
9.    Open doors are more attractive
10.   Salespeople in uniforms are more appealing
11.   When the items are arranged by color it creates a nice feeling but lessen the uniqueness of each separate item
12.   We have too many security guards in Kyiv Ukraine these days, and that’s not attractive. But that’s due to the
      recent shooting in one of the shopping malls with 3 guards killed 
13.   Personally I don’t like when the sales person initiates contact but tastes differ, I guess.
14.   The first products I notice are on the eye level 
15.   The customers tend to walk in the same direction unless they are in a hurry and aim at something special
