     and control, including “real-time” data management and “point-in-time” history. Managed by
     BeneTrac, a Paychex company, your clients will have the ability to control real-time benefits data
     with automated plan eligibility, enrollment, history detail, and state-of-the-art data management
     tools.

     Highlights
     BeneTrac allows your clients to put their focus on the people, not the paper. Some highlights
     include:

              Real-Time Access to Information. BeneTrac provides real-time access 24/7 for both your
               client’s administrators and employees and their families. Benefits data can be changed,
               updated, or reviewed at any time, from any location where they have Internet access.
              Total Control. Employers determine the level of access for employees. The benefits
               administrator must review all changes before they are sent to the carriers or vendors.
              Easy Eligibility Tracking. BeneTrac manages and calculates eligibility and effective dates for
               new hires, life events, and open enrollment according to each group’s unique rules so
               employers/employees will never miss another eligibility or effective date.
              Billing Accuracy. BeneTrac analysts can regularly audit carrier billings to make sure they
               agree with the data in the system, so employers can be confident with carrier invoices.
              Reduced Paperwork. Web-based benefits enrollment eliminates the collection, review, and
               delivery of paper forms.
              Automatic communication of all changes to third parties, including insurance carriers.
               BeneTrac has the largest carrier connection list in the industry. So, no faxing, mailing, or
               e-mailing of changes.
