All rights reserved.12 Unknown Visitor arrives on Website Use Case 1 A new, unknown visitor comes to the website The visitor clicks onto the rotating banner (banner has images, each for pro, amateur, beginner etc.) Sitecore tracks the visitor behavior and builds a profile to drive content The visitor is prompted to enter their email. The visitor’s email address and behavior is sent to Eloqua. Eloqua sends the visitor an email. Taking the known visitor to the website, Sitecore personalizes the content based on previous behavior Progressive profiling continues with an ongoing engagement cycle (digital dialog)
