- Hello! My name is Edwin M. Rutkowski, and this is my visual resume.
- I’m an expert performer, 30 years experience.
- I’m also an expert producer.
- I’m also an expert administrator. Most of my work history is as an Administrative Assistant.
- I love my family,
- our animals,
- our other animals,
- And my friends, and the music we make.
- In 2009 I was doing pretty well. I was self-employed, and I finally landed a permanent full-time gig “in the biz” and things were looking up.
- Then the recession hit.
- That changed everything.
- The club whereI was working closed down.
- Good jobs for someone like me disappeared overnight.
- I have a lot of expert skills.
- Most of my work experience is administrative in nature. This was my most recent employer.
- I also worked for a non-profit organization.
- My first admin job was for a chemical company.
- I’m also learning a new trade as an electrician, because I like the work, I think it’s interesting and having a “plan b” is comforting.
- But ultimately I would love to work in the music business. It’s my dream. Somehow. Some way.
- So I went back to school and (am getting) got my Bachelor’s degree.
- If the job market continues to slide, we may start our own business. Armed with my new knowledge from Full Sail and my life experiences, I think we can pull it off.
- A coffee shop would be nice!
