10. Learning Points
1. Release of DAR fund should be before the conduct of training
(Ilocos Sur)
2. CDA Accredited Training provider should provide/furnish a
copy of the terminal report to DAR/Provincial Offices.
3. Regular meeting between DAR and CDA to assess
implementation of MOA and to address any issues that may
crop up like multiple registration of ARC cooperatives per
barangay and too long registration process
4. Use of ICT in communicating updates and facilitation of
requests
5. The FGD findings – Difficulty of the participants to understand
PESOS calculation and interpretation/analysis
6. Among the recommendations raised: age of the participants
should be considered; there must be on site follow through,
participants be given the PESOS tool as ready reference; to
avail the services of CPRCE MPC as ATP for Pangasinan
