This workshop is designed to support you as you start or develop your new business and focus on the financial side. It will give you invaluable insight into financial issues, guidance on how to successfully manage them and a better understanding on how to make a profit. 10am-4pm.
b. Starting a Business – finding and keeping customers
A basic understanding of sales and marketing is essential to start and sustain your business. This workshop will show you how to identify who your customers are, what is important to them, how to reach them and keep them coming back. 10am-4pm.
c. Starting a Business – running a successful businessFocusing on the practicalities of prioritising your time and running your business is essential in being able to sustain a business. Everything needs to be done now so how do you decide what is most important? What skills do you and your business need to grow? From 10am-4pm. A one-stop-shop to show you how to register for self employment, set up and maintain business records, how to pay your taxes and National Insurance Contributions (NIC).
