ABOUT EBUSINESS BPO, INC.
Founded by three California-based entrepreneurs, Ebusiness BPO Inc. first began
operating in 2009 as a call center specializing in both outbound telemarketing and
inbound customer service, and as an outsourcing firm providing backend office solutions
like outsourced accounting and administrative work. Currently on its second year of
operations, the company has grown from 7 pioneer agents to nearly 200 employees so
as to accommodate the influx of clients and the growing demands of our service markets.
We have served clients mainly from
North America, United Kingdom,
Australia and Singapore. Altogether,
our list of ongoing clients has reached
more than a dozen with new
accounts opening up at the start of
June 2011. Our clients include credit
card companies, accounting firms,
America’s biggest surplus exporter
and payday loan companies, one of
Australia’s biggest telecom
companies, a UK lead generator
company, Singapore insurance firms, and private individuals with various web-based
commissions. We serve these clients straight from our operations facility in Cebu City,
replete with a conference room, a training room, a pantry, a manager’s office, a control
room, a server room and approximately 400 workstations with computer, headset and
VOIP provisions.

Ebusiness BPO Inc. is headquartered at Cebu City, Philippines, in an Information
Technology Building situated at the city’s most lucrative district, the Cebu Business Park.
The Cebu IT Tower 1 is duly accredited by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority and
at the 15th floor of the building, you can find our 400-seater headquarters.
All the workstations have Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) capabilities. Our
Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system guides, manages and then distributes queued
calls evenly to agents. The moment an agent finishes a call, one of the calls from the
queue will automatically be dispatched to this direction. ACD can queue five calls at a
time, ensuring a continuous flow of calls which will then be channeled towards collecting
agents. Calls are straight from the US with both Eastern and Pacific connections. All these
connections are supported by five T3 circuit channels made of standard bundled glass
fiber instead of the usual thin copper.
Our computers use Linux and Microsoft Windows (i.e. XP Service Pack 2,
Windows 7 and Windows Vista) operating systems with .net framework 2.0. For our
servers, we use the following operating systems:

We use EyeBeam, X-lite, ViciDial or Magic Jack VOIP softwares for our voice-
based services, while we use various types of commercial softwares for non-voice
campaigns such as QuickBooks online (for accounting) and Express Scribe (for
transcribing).
