Assignment:  Illustrating Conflict Resolution DUE: Wednesday April 14
Create a Comic Strip Part 1:  List 5 common conflict situations for teenagers. Part 2:  Select 2 of these situations, create a case study for each one to describe the conflict.  The case study explains the back story of the conflict, and the events leading up to the conflict.
Create a Comic Strip Part 3:  For each case study, create a comic strip of 6-10 panels / frames, showing: the events from your case study the conflict happening the conflict management strategy being used the results
Create a Comic Strip Choose from the following conflict management strategies: acquiescence negotiation mediation compromise anger management “I” messages BE SURE the point-of-view of both sides of the conflict is shown your conflict management strategy is very clear the result is realistic
A Guide… to help you. first 2-4 frames: show the situation background (narrator?) show the points-of-view for both sides show the conflict starting middle frames: show the conflict management strategy happening show the characters’ reactions end frames show the realistic results
