• To suit the user, culture, task and environment
• European symbols come thanks to collaboration
with ARASAAC available from http://arasaac.org/
• Early batches of Arabic localised symbols will be
available from September 2015
• All the symbols are voted on for levels of
acceptance by project participants made up of AAC
users, their families/carers, therapists and teachers
from Doha in Qatar.
• This research project is funded by the Qatar
