Notice boards play a vital role in offices, in shops and mostly in educational institutions. The events, occasions or any news, which has to be passed to the students, will be written on the notice boards present in every floor in the colleges or schools. The present system is like, a person will be told the news and he has to update this news on all the notice boards present in the college or school. This will be seen mostly during the examination seasons. In this project we will create an application to update the message on electronic notice board. We have to type the message on our android phone and sends to notice boards using this application then this will be received by controlling section using Blue tooth. At controlling system side we have Bluetooth module, micro controller and electronic notice board. Whenever this blue tooth module receives new message or notice from android application then it transfers this command to micro controller. Micro controller will update this new notice on electronic notice board.

This applied science is widely used by the people and is open source software. Android was established by the android company of California in 2003 by Andy Rubin, the foremost intention of the company was to develop a highly developed system for cameras but later moved towards the smartphones In 2005, Google obtained android and revealed in 2007 with the open handset alliance. The android applied science was based on Linux and advanced by Google; it has its own DVM called Dalvik virtual machine which was availed for designing the android application. In these days all the tasks that were performed in a computer can now be performed on the mobile and this means that you the more virtual information or data in the mobile phones and need to secure it efficiently. Android is a mobile operating system based on a modified version of the Linux kernel and other open-source software, designed primarily for touchscreen mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.When you have Android, you have security that’s there right out of the box and never stops working. Google Play Protect scans all your apps, the software gets regular security updates and the platform is always improving. It’s like a security guard that never takes a break, a nap or a holiday.

Design patterns help developers and designers to solve common design problems by using tested and user friendly solutions. The term can be applied to both directions to build a thing and the thing itself. The purpose of this study is to present such solutions and examine their applicability in android application development and user experience. For the study's purposes, an application called "Messeme" was developed based on some of the design patterns that are presented in the Second section of this Thesis.
