What Is The District Leadership
Academy?
• The program is intended to improve the
recruitment of Rotarians to accept
leadership roles in their community

Academy
• Why Do We Need The Academy?
Rotary needs to increase the potential
leadership within clubs since club officers
change every year. It is difficult for club
officers to learn enough about Rotary to
maximize their club’s experience during
their year in office. Our communities face
similar challenges in leadership.
