In April 2012 Careergro commissioned What Goes
Around Limited and BrubakerHR to survey employers
and employees on their views about career
development as part of our on going work into career
development in the UK. 24 employers and 53
employees participated and the following slides show
their responses. The survey was designed to be brief
and as such is intended to provide top level findings,
rather than a detailed analysis.
