1. Robert J Samuelson<br />Robert Samuelson has global experience as an enterprise chief financial officer, board member, and audit committee member for both private and public companies. He has led teams in raising debt and equity capital; managing business development, including M&A transactions and divestitures; and in establishing financial and risk management controls.<br />Most recently, Samuelson was CFO and Board Member for the Monitor Company Group where he directed all financial and accounting functions, structured multiple international acquisitions, and had oversight for the company’s IT and legal operations.
