8. Interpretations Only Winfrey understands the labor, sacrifice and injustice she has had to endure to be the successful leader she is today. Her commitment to serve and return a portion of what she has been able to build for herself to the world is an inspiration. Her curiosity, assertiveness, and determination are personal traits I am encouraged to develop. Business acumen, networking abilities and finding a “niche market” are professional areas I would aim to master based on this case study.
