Floor was installed in 2007 by L Decor, Mumbai. By coincidence we dropped along last week, Oct 2012. There was a problem with the floor after the wine cooler leaked. It got repaired easily and till now, the floor looks like new. At Taj, especially on the executives floor, a solid engineered woodfloor would have warped. Laminate floors look too much like a cheap kitchen table.
