is considered essential for the success of any business and non –business
organizations. It is the backbone of industrialized societies. This basic
Course Synopsis management course introduces students to management fundamentals and
functions of planning, organizing, leading and controlling. Students are
exposed to the fundamental concepts of management behavior in order to
prepare them to best meet the challenges of managing the organizations
and coping with forces of the external environment.
