This is the script the students from Access Orhei have written as part of "Making Changes Through Social Theater" project, a project sponsored by International Outreach Fund.

1. Black and White
A long, long time ago, when planets and stars were still going to school, there was a special class of
students that worked hard from morning till night to become the most beautiful and wonderful
colors on Earth, to bring only joy and happy moments to the people.
Being at the most beautiful age of theirs, the childhood, all the colors were naughty, especially the
black and white colors who were always late.
Teacher (T): Good morning, sit down! Let’s go through the register and see who is here. Green!?
Green: Present!
T: Yellow?
Yellow: Present!
T: Orange?
Orange: Present!
T: Blue?
Blue: Present!
T: Red?
Red: Present!
T: Purple?
Purple: Present!
T: Pink?
Pink: Present!
T: And Black and White are late again? Ah, as usually, the same story everyday…
And this was happening every day; those two colors didn’t want to change their habit of being late.
But once, something that changed their attitude forever happened.
One day, while the Great Sun was shining in its entire splendor, the young clouds have decided that
the perfect day for them to learn how to rain has come, so it started raining:
Cloud: Catch it, people!
But, from lack of experience, they gave too much rain to people, so much that the people got mad
and started screaming:
People: What kind of clouds are you, if you don’t know how much rain to give; you need to learn
that, now you made us sad and depressed. We will never smile again!

2. The Sun heard that and decided to do something about this.
Sun: I can’t look at people being sad and depressed like this, together with my beautiful colors we
will bring back their happiness!
Then the Sun has called all the colors that without hesitating have agreed to help him.
Sun: Let’s do it!
The colors: Yay, together we will make the world happier!
And suddenly, one after another, the colors have risen in the sky and started creating an
unbelievable view, and this was called rainbow. All the people started smiling and became happier.
People: Hurray! Hurray! The colors have brought the happiness back home and we don’t have any
reasons to be sad anymore!
At that moment, the colors Black and White, as usually late, have missed the great event.
White: Where is everybody?
Black: Let’s find them!
When they have found the colours, they’ve seen their triumph. They have understood that friendship
and punctuality have made people happy again. Black and white have decided to never be late again.
Black and White: We swear to always be punctual and serious and to behave nicely!
Since then, there are no other more serious colors than Black and White. This is how they have
learnt their lesson to never be late.
