  • 51. Develop a social media policy. Ask WHY your business wants to use social media. Can you sustain it over time? Do not create a policy, extend your current one. Make your policy broad. Ask for input. Reassess later. 24
  • 52. Craft an acceptable-use policy. Questions to consider: Do all employees need the same level of access? Is there a need for employees to download software? Should there be “anytime, anywhere” access? What information are employees allowed to post? What are the consequences for policy violations? 25
