We were asked to present our opinion on whether the glass celing really exists in respect to women and we did and made our presentaion in line with the same and also felt that it is changing...we were given 10 mins to present the ppt and 10 to shouw a Video/av which we did by means of a Vox-pop so taking workin women that had encountered the problem.
