Abstract:
Perimeter routers of an organization are exposed to the internet. Private IP
addresses are not to be used on the internet. Some IP spoofing attacks use private
IP addresses in the source address in the IP packet. The project aims to simulate
custom IP packets with private IP addresses, as specified in the RFC

appropriate access control lists on Cisco routers to block these IP packets are
understood.
