- Beginning ESL Lesson on Colors: This basic vocabulary lesson is designed for students who are just learning the English language. It can be shown on an interactive board like a Smartboard. Teachers should say the vocabulary words and have the students repeat them. After the teacher has modeled the presentation, student volunteers can give the presentation to the class.
- Red items: apples, roses, and stop signs.
- Yellow items: the sun, bananas, and lemonade.
- Blue items: butterflies, the sky, and the ocean.
- Green items: leaves, frogs, and grass.
- Pink items: flamingoes, roses, and slippers.
