This document provides a feature matrix and prioritization scorecard for a major cruise line's planned photo sharing site. It lists and describes various photo, blog, page, profile, and utility features and ranks them on business and user value drivers as well as technical criteria. Overall, uploading photos and tagging/categorization scored highest due to strong alignment with goals of increasing brand affinity and conversions. Moderating photos and social sharing features scored lowest due to technical complexity.
