Monday 16th July – 5 day training (Anatomy and Physiology,
Principles of Exercise and Health, Technical delivery)
Saturday 4th / Sunday 5th – Final practical assessments, reassessment
opportunity for Anatomy and Physiology/ Principles of Exercise
and Health exam

5. Assessment
 Assessment at L2 is by a variety of methods:
 Online theory exams
 External practical assessments
 Internal practical assessments
 Design and delivery of programmes to a range of clients and groups
 Interviews and oral presentations
 Workbooks and training diaries
