Allow students to do warm up
exercise followed by a full body
stretch.
Divide class into sports groups
then into groups of five based on
last week’s performance. Other
groups will do team sports.
Allow students to do a 2 lap race
and the body donkey back drill.
Engage them in a race for times.
Allow students to do cool down
exercise at the end of each race.
Ensure deep breath stretches are
done.
