> “Key”.

④After that name this new key as “Graphics”.
Right click it and select “New” > “DWORD
(32-bit) Value”. And on the right pane,
name it as “DisableHardwareAcceleration”.

⑤Then double click the value to change its
value data to “1”.
⑥At last restart computer and Outlook to
check if the issue is resolved.

6. Check if Outlook Runs in
Compatibility Mode
①Go to “Start
Menu”, enter
“outlook.exe” in
the search field.
②Then right click the

and select
“Properties”.

③ In the new window, switch to “Compatibility”
tab and make sure to unselect “Run this
program in compatibility mode for:”.
