3. What is my poster for?
I inspired by Andy Wahol, My poster is about the
Genocide
in Darfur; which I personally affected by.
The kid picture is repeated many times showing deep eyes
Which is refer to sadness image.
On top of the kid picture there many houses seems to be
bombs by Sudanese government military aircrafts.
4. What is my poster for?
The third piece in the poster is a couple of house
with residents and their livestock's. this image refer
to the hope that Darfuris hope to return back into
their normal life.
5. Andy Warhol
Andy was born in 1928 in Pittsburgh as the son of
Slovak immigrants. His original name was Andrew
Warhola. His father was as a construction worker
and died in an accident when Andy was 13 years
Old. Andy faced assassination attempted in 1968 he
narrowly escaped death.
6. Why?
The reason behind this poster is to remain the world
That Darfur still suffering from Genocide that
Carried out by Sudanese regime.
7. Romanticism is a movement that emerged as a reaction against
Neoclassicism, the age preceding the Romantic Movement. The
Neoclassical age was also called “the age of Enlightenment”, which
emphasized on reason and logic. The romantic period wanted to break
away from the traditions and conventions that were dear to the
Neoclassical age and make away for individually and experimentation.
8. The similarity with romanticism
What most typifies an Andy Warhol print is
its subject matter. Pop art was about
contemporary culture, mass market images
and the media. An examination of Pop Art prints
should occur in context with the art movements
prior to Andy Warhol’s career. Andy Warhol was
fascinated by the process and results of print
making.
