 Strategic Designing and implementing the strategy together with the MCVP

Offering solutions for improvement and support for the
accounting systems and policies in LCs;
Offering support for the LCs on the legal aspect of the contracts
we use (ex. GIP contracts, GCDP contracts, etc);
Offering support for the LCs in their process of changing/updating
their legal documents;
Offering support for the LCs in their process of preparing their
legal documents for grants applications;
Development and implementation of national 2% campaign.
 Education Bringing legislation and accounting knowledge in the LCs for all
the members (materials, trainings, discussions);
Participate as Trainer/Facilitator at National Conferences with a
Finance Agenda.
 Tracking Reality check of the LC situation on legislation and accounting
areas;
Coordinating the audit in the country on legal documents &
contracts;
Searching and communicating all the legal opportunities that
AIESEC can take advantage of and offers information about all the
legal documents/contract the LCs are needed / allowed to have.
 Team Participate at regular meetings with FINeST members

 Strategic Offering solutions for the possible issues encountered in the
Development grants application process and deduction of each LC;
Constantly promoting grants opportunities in order to diversify
the main donors of our organization;
Constant promoting all opportunities about external preparation &
make sure the VPFs are constantly updated and participate to
them;
Making connections between VPs Finance around the country for
sharing GCPs on this area;
Coordinating national projects grants applications.
 Education Coaching and guiding the grant applications in the network
through constant feedback on each application form and the
project concept eligibility, on designing the budget according to
the methodology, using different project management tools,
documents needed during a deduction, mid-term and final reports;
Participating as Trainer/Facilitator at National Conferences with a
Finance Agenda.
 Tracking Designing and implement a quarterly database containing the
grants opportunities;
Reality checking of the LCs situation on grants area;
Finding good case practices (GCP’s) in other LC’s – projects that
they apply with and were financed;
Creating tracking and reporting tools at LC level for the deduction

country project or initiative, which can be customized for different

 National projects Final responsible for the creation, alignment and continuity
tracking and of national GCDP projects;
implementation Develop and implement at all levels effective tracking tools
for all activities planned for national projects;
Together with the Comm NST, to deliver in due time all
visual materials for national projects to LCs;
Establish and track general deadlines which are
compulsory for a good delivery of national projects,
towards all stakeholders;
Constantly update the iGCDP wiki with relevant info.
 Communication Centralize communication with OCPs of national projects
with OCPs from local level, LCVPs and MC;
Facilitate the sharing of GCPs among OCPs, for a better
implementation of the national projects.
 Education Deliver a complete educational cycle for the OCPs of
delivery & LC national projects;
consultancy Offer LC consultancy in terms of implementing national
projects
Offer feedback in iGCDP project initiatives (if asked)
 Working Way & Accountable to NST Chair & MCVP iGCDP’
Accountability Presence at quarterly physical NST meetings (for planning
