                          Take a picture and tag friends on Facebook
                                    Review the restaurant using Zagat

How Associates Do Their Work
                          Call into work to find out when they are working next
                    When at work run to the back room to check the schedule
                           Write their boss a note if they want to take a day off
                                                            Punch in on a clock
                  Check with their manager to see what they should be doing
             Leave the task at hand to do e-learning or track down a manual
                                   Let the supervisor know the task is complete
