- 7. Evaluating a Publication • Impact factor? • Peer reviewed? • Publication fees? • Abstracted and indexed in CINAHL, PubMed, Web of Science, other? • Promotion & Tenure? • I just want to get published. • I’m not particular about the journal as long as it’s not pornographic.

- 15. Federal Action on OA • 2011 White House Public Comment: Request for Information – Seeking recommendations for how to expand the NIH Public Access Policy to include 11 other federal agencies that award public research funding. – KU will be submitting responses
