Overview
March 20­21, 2014, Social Media Tulsa, Tulsa's social media community, will host the fourth annual
SMTULSA Conference.  #SMTULSA is the areas only Conference & Expo for Bloggers, content
creators, small business innovators, mobile, and social media enthusiasts.
SMTULSA Social Business Conference is a two­day event comprised of keynotes, case study based
sessions, a variety of presentations, and an abundance of networking opportunities.
Speakers from all over the country will flock to downtown Tulsa, OK to share social media and cloud
strategies that have the capacity to create success for businesses, bloggers, and non­profit organizations.
Regional and local attendees from Texas, Arkansas, Colorado, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Kansas will
be treated to over 20 speakers and panelists for all levels of experience.
They will enjoy exhibitors from local, national, and global companies and  they will have the opportunity
to try out the latest technology and software that will enhance their lives, businesses, and organizations.
Also as high consumers of devices and services, they will flock to those exhibitors who offer hands on
experience with the latest and greatest services, technology, and accessories.
Approximately 80% of SMTULSA attendees will bring at least two devices with them during the
conference, and some will bring three.  As a community, we love our devices and we make sure that
we are equipped with the latest versions from our favorite providers.  @SMTULSA
Where does your brand fit in?  Based on our registration survey from the 2013 conference, over
72% of SMTUSLA Conference attendees have a blog or website that they run for a small business or
non­profit organization.  Over 85% have Twitter IDs, and approximately 25% of attendees stated that
they would like to receive TEXT message offers from conference sponsors.
In addition, the SMTULSA audience is very active and influential in the social space.  Tweets from the
2013 conference had an estimated reach of over 298,000 accounts per Tweetreach.com with a total
impression of 4,636,221. Having this group  participate in your social media campaigns will bring more
attention to your digital marketing efforts, while providing this group with knowledge and resources to
help their fans, followers.

We are expecting 150 attendees. This is a projected 50% increase over the
2013 conference. Attendance has increased by an average of 9% over each of
the past three years. We hope that our sponsor partnerships will allow us to
reach a record attendance while maintaining our small, social, and local
environment.

Our primary demographics are 70% female and 30% Male.  88% of
SMTULSA Conference attendees are between the ages of 22­45, the
secondary demographic .
$250 early registration $350 regular conference registration. This is consistent
with charges for similar conferences in the area and is significantly lower than
similar conferences in the  Western and Eastern parts of the US.
