3S is anew paradigm to harness the power of Body-Breath-Brain to manage the Mind-Ecology for Health-Healing-Happiness. Bain and Body are intricately connected and each affects the other. Jinendra's 3S Training applies 'Breath' as the missing link in the Mind-Body connection.
Breath is directly connected to your emotions- When you cry, or are angry, sad, depressed or anxious, your breath changes and looses its normal rhythm. 3S training applies more dynamic, more tactile, more proprioceptive, more vestibular based body-breath-brain oriented strategies. In 3S training, 3S body-mind exercises activate neural pathways throughout the body, that alters mood, perception, concentration, self-awareness, attitude, and create positive emotions that heal and restores balance at all levels-body, mind & spirit.
