Editor's Notes
The Communication Strategy for LACC wasn’t eventually turned into an Action Plan, but the exploratory work conducted by CSDI in the region contributed to highlight the need for information and communication services, putting it higher in the livelihood adaptation agenda. This led the government of Bangladesh to request another form of technical assistance which resulted in a TCP project focused on the development and promotion of participatory rural communication service particularly through community rural radios.
