Note
The standard recipe is 0.5 gpl in desizing and 1.0 gpl in enzyme wash.
Higher dose level can be used in both the stages as per requirement.
Process
Do not add concentrated RG-BS-99 directly in the machine.
Dilution Process
RG-BS-99 should be diluted in 1:5 ratio. i.e. 1 Part of RG-BS-99 is to be added in 4 Parts of
water at 60o
C.

Procedure of Dilution:
Take warm water at temperature 60 C in the mixing vessel.
Slowly add RG-BS-99 to the water under stirring to make diluted product.
Or
Take concentrates RG-BS-99 in the vessel & then add hot water (60°C) slowly under stirring.
Important points for getting best results:
Never add concentrated product RG-BS-99 into the machine. Use diluted product as
mentioned above.
Always add diluted RG-BS-99 into the machine before addition of any material like other
chemicals or garments.
Run the machine for 5-10 minutes after the addition of diluted version of RG-BS-99 and
then add other chemicals or garments.
