  • 18. THE SLAVE TRADE   NORTHERN AND SOUTHERN STATES AGREED TO BAN BRINGING ENSLAVED PEOPLE INTO THE U.S. CONGRESS COULD NOT OUTLAW THE TRADE FOR AT LEAST 20 YEARS
  • 19. ELECTORAL COLLEGE   CONGRESS ALSO AGREE TO FORM A ELECTORAL COLLEGE TO SELECT THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES THEY DIDN'T THINK THE AVERAGE PEOPLE WERE SMART ENOUGH
  • 20. IT'S ALMOST COMPLETE, THEY HAVE TO ADD A BILL OF RIGHTS   THE CONSTITUTION CREATED A NEW GOVERNMENT BUT SOMETHING WAS MISSING SOME STATES WOULDN'T AGREE TO THE CONSTITUTION UNTIL THE PEOPLE'S RIGHTS WERE ADDED TO THE CONSTITUTION
