they look like?
ostriches are the largest birds alive. they
weigh about 220 to 350 pounds. they have
wings but sadly they cannot fly because of
their enormous bodies, but they have
powerful strong legs that could potentially kill
its predator or even us human beings. they
are the only birds that have 2 toes on each

3. Where do Ostriches live & and what do
they eat?
Ostriches mainly live on grasslands in east africa, south
africa and in the sahara. In the world’s hottest dessert
and the third largest desert after antarctica and the
arctic. Ostriches are Omnivores so they eat plants,
seeds , and large insects like locusts. Ostriches also eat
small stones and pebbles to help crush up the food and
aid in the digestion process.

* Ostriches stick their heads in the sand, because of their
predators they stand very still until they’re gone. They do
this because their skin can camouflage it’s shade as the
sand
* Ostrich eggs are 3.3 pounds they are like 24
chicken eggs.
