Kebab (or originally kabab) is a wide variety of meat dishes originating in Persia
and later on adopted in the Middle East, Turkey, South Asia and Asia Minor, that are
now found worldwide. The traditional meat for kebab is lamb, but depending on local
tastes and taboos, it may now be beef, goat, chicken, pork; fish and seafood; or even
vegetarian foods like falafel or tofu. History people affirm that kebab was eaten in 1206 in
the royal houses. The Turkish people say that you can eat kebab whenever you want.. but
nutricionist people said that is better for lunch and for dinner once a week. I eat kebab
once a month or even two or three and I always eat it for dinner and It tastes very good
and I like it so much but I cannot eat it a lot because is very unhealthy.. I know three
kebabs in Pola but people said me that there will be more in the town.
