My car was repo about 2yrs ago and there was still a remaining balance. I
was sent a letter saying that the car would be put up for auction. I called
and spoke with someone about setting up payments for $100.00 monthly.
After so long, a lady called from the office saying that I needed to pay
more than that and then she even had the nerve to tell me that I need to

made I stopped sending anything because she pissed me off but I know
that was the wrong thing to do. But anyway, I'm not sure if the car was
sold or not. Now I have to attend court in September for this matter. I just
want to know if I still have to pay the balance or will I be able to setup
payment arrangements?

2. I am really saddened when I hear people telling me they are willing to pay for something they can
never own and pay a horrible price for it on top of that. Most folks think there is nothing that can
be done and others think the only way out is bankruptcy. Of course, nothing could be further
from the truth. The first thing folks need to do as soon as a car is repossessed is to immediately
start learning how to defend and win without lawyers. Most don't even bother to go to court
because they know there is no way to win. They get a default judgment against them and still
they ignore that. Soon their bank account is frozen and all the money drained out. Next their
wages are garnished and still they do nothing at all. Of course, by that time it really is too late to
do anything about it. They just take their medicine like little whipped dogs. What they need to do
is learn how to fight back and win without lawyers. I can't teach people how to do that in this
forum. It is much too involved for that but I do have a web page that gives lots of information
about what you have to do. It gives detailed information telling you exactly what you need to do.

more and more information that you will need. My best advice to you is learn how to stand up
and fight back and never pay them a crying dime. Why should you? It simply don't make no
sense.
