could be difficult situations.
My strength is being cool and calm at any situation so that I am able think
clearly and solve the problem.
I am a perfectionist. I like to review my work and make sure that it is well
done.
How Will Your Greatest Strength Help You Perform?
My greatest strength is my ability to work with many different people. I enjoy
learning from everyone I meet, and in this position I believe that will
enhance my ability to perform on the team.
My greatest strength is my ability to focus on my work.
My greatest strength is my ability to focus on the job at hand. I'm not easily
distracted from the big picture.
My organizational skills are my greatest strength. I'm capable of keeping
many projects on track at the same time.
What is Your Greatest Weakness?
I like to make sure that my work is perfect, so I tend to perhaps spend a little
too much time checking it. However, I've come to a good balance by setting
up a system to ensure everything is done correctly the first time.
Sometimes, I spend more time than necessary on a task, or take on tasks
personally that could easily be delegated to someone else. Although I've
never missed a deadline, it is still an effort for me to know when to move on
to the next task, and to be confident when assigning others work.
How Do You Handle Stress / Pressure?
I actually work better under pressure and I've found that I enjoy working in a
challenging environment.
Prioritizing my responsibilities so I have a clear idea of what needs to be done
when, has helped me effectively manage pressure on the job.
If the people I am managing are contributing to my stress level, I discuss options
for better handling difficult situations with them.
I'm not a person who has a difficult time with stress. When I'm under pressure, I
focus, and get the job done.
I'm the kind of person who stays calm under pressure, and handles stress fairly
easily.
2. Why Are You Leaving Your Job?
After several years in my last position, I'm looking for an company where I can
contribute and grow in a team-oriented environment.
I am interested in a new challenge and an opportunity to use my technical skills
and experience in a different capacity than I have in the past.
I am interested in a job with more responsibility, and I am very ready for a new
challenge..
Why Do You Want This Job?.
I well understand that this is a company on the way up. I want be a part of this
business as it grows.
.
What Are Your Goals for the Future?
my long-term goals involve growing with a company where I can continue to
learn, take on additional responsibilities, and contribute as much of value as I
can.
I see myself as a top performing employee in a well-established organization,
like this one. I plan on enhancing my skills and continuing my involvement in
(related) professional associations.
There is a dispute between two passengers regarding the seats. How would
you handle it?
A flight attendant is a hostess, and the first responsibility of a hostess is to
ensure that there are no untoward happenings during the event. Disputes are
right on top of the list of undesired incidents during a flight. Therefore, the first
step that a flight attendant must take is to calm down the situation and create a
sense of helpfulness of authority.
Then, upon determining
the actual
problem, proceed to find out an amicable solution to the matter. If that is not
possible, bring the entire situation to the notice of a superior, which would
ensure a quick and logical solution to the problem.
Tell me about yourself. Why should we hire you?
I am punctual, dependable and can be counted upon to finish what I start. I
get a great deal of satisfaction from knowing that I have done something
well and on time. For example, at my present job, I was given different work
orders every day. It was my responsibility to finish the orders and make sure
they all met quality and safety standards within a specific deadline. On
occasion, I had to familiarize myself with the product and the production
process. I was always able to learn quickly and carry out my job
responsibilities. Our company was known for making excellent processed
food products. In 1990, it received an award for being on of Canada's top
3. companies in the field. I feel I can use the same skills and hard work to do
well on this job too.

better way to do things at work that I feel would save the company money
and I can always achieve my production quotas. For example one time I
was working at my station and I felt that I was wasting time by always
having to walk to the other side of my station to get some parts. So I
reorganized the station and my supervisor was really impressed as it
increased my quota.

I’m sure you’ll agree with me that a pen is vital to your day-to-day work and it’s
therefore important to make sure you’ve got just the right one? This pen is solidly
constructed so as to be durable for everyday use – even if it rolls off your desk onto
the floor. It has a plentiful ink reserve so there’s less chance of the pen running dry
at a critical moment. It fits comfortably into the hand and even has a clip so you
can safely attach it to your jacket pocket when you’re on the move. I can offer you
this pen at the very reasonable price of 20 pence. However, if you were to take
three – I’m sure your colleagues would also be interested – then I could offer you a
20% discount making a total of just 48 pence. How many would you like?
Tell me about the last time you lost your patience at work.
Describe a conflict you had with a coworker. How did you resolve the conflict?
