"What is your greatest strength?"
My time management skills are excellent and I'm organized, efficient, and
take pride in excelling at my work.
I pride myself on my customer service skills and my ability to resolve what
could be difficult situations.
My strength is being cool and calm at any situation so that I am able think
clearly and solve the problem.
I am a perfectionist. I like to review my work and make sure that it is well
done.
How Will Your Greatest Strength Help You Perform?
My greatest strength is my ability to work with many different people. I enjoy
learning from everyone I meet, and in this position I believe that will
enhance my ability to perform on the team.
My greatest strength is my ability to focus on my work.
My greatest strength is my ability to focus on the job at hand. I'm not easily
distracted from the big picture.
My organizational skills are my greatest strength. I'm capable of keeping
many projects on track at the same time.
What is Your Greatest Weakness?
I like to make sure that my work is perfect, so I tend to perhaps spend a little
too much time checking it. However, I've come to a good balance by setting
up a system to ensure everything is done correctly the first time.
Sometimes, I spend more time than necessary on a task, or take on tasks
personally that could easily be delegated to someone else. Although I've
never missed a deadline, it is still an effort for me to know when to move on
to the next task, and to be confident when assigning others work.
How Do You Handle Stress / Pressure?
I actually work better under pressure and I've found that I enjoy working in a
challenging environment.
Prioritizing my responsibilities so I have a clear idea of what needs to be done
when, has helped me effectively manage pressure on the job.
If the people I am managing are contributing to my stress level, I discuss options
for better handling difficult situations with them.
I'm not a person who has a difficult time with stress. When I'm under pressure, I
focus, and get the job done.
I'm the kind of person who stays calm under pressure, and handles stress fairly
easily.
Why Are You Leaving Your Job?
After several years in my last position, I'm looking for an company where I can
contribute and grow in a team-oriented environment.
I am interested in a new challenge and an opportunity to use my technical skills
and experience in a different capacity than I have in the past.
I am interested in a job with more responsibility, and I am very ready for a new
challenge..
Why Do You Want This Job?.
I well understand that this is a company on the way up. I want be a part of this
business as it grows.
.
What Are Your Goals for the Future?
my long-term goals involve growing with a company where I can continue to
learn, take on additional responsibilities, and contribute as much of value as I
can.
I see myself as a top performing employee in a well-established organization,
like this one. I plan on enhancing my skills and continuing my involvement in
(related) professional associations.
There is a dispute between two passengers regarding the seats. How would
you handle it?
A flight attendant is a hostess, and the first responsibility of a hostess is to
ensure that there are no untoward happenings during the event. Disputes are
right on top of the list of undesired incidents during a flight. Therefore, the first
step that a flight attendant must take is to calm down the situation and create a
sense of helpfulness of authority.
Then, upon determining
the actual
problem, proceed to find out an amicable solution to the matter. If that is not
possible, bring the entire situation to the notice of a superior, which would
ensure a quick and logical solution to the problem.
Tell me about yourself. Why should we hire you?
I am punctual, dependable and can be counted upon to finish what I start. I
get a great deal of satisfaction from knowing that I have done something
well and on time. For example, at my present job, I was given different work
orders every day. It was my responsibility to finish the orders and make sure
they all met quality and safety standards within a specific deadline. On
occasion, I had to familiarize myself with the product and the production
process. I was always able to learn quickly and carry out my job
responsibilities. Our company was known for making excellent processed
food products. In 1990, it received an award for being on of Canada's top
companies in the field. I feel I can use the same skills and hard work to do
well on this job too.
How do you react to instruction and criticism?
The interviewer is trying to find out how you get along with Supervisors and how
you feel about authority. Youmightsay:
I appreciate getting instruction and criticism when it is done fairly and
constructively.
Why haven't you worked recently?
After I got laid off from my previous employer, I decided to go back to school
to upgrade my skills so I can get a better, more secure job.
What are your long-term goals or career plans?
I hope to become very good at my job and perhaps take some chooling to
become more skilled in my field of work.
I intend to learn (name of area or skills) very well so that I can be promoted
to a higher position in (name skill or department).
What do you feel are your greatest strengths?
My greatest strength is that I have a lot of initiative. I am always looking for a
better way to do things at work that I feel would save the company money
and I can always achieve my production quotas. For example one time I
was working at my station and I felt that I was wasting time by always
having to walk to the other side of my station to get some parts. So I
reorganized the station and my supervisor was really impressed as it
increased my quota.
What do you feel are your weaknesses?
I am the type of person or is very hard on myself. I am always expecting
myself to do a little bit more. However, I guess this works out well for my
employer.
I never like to leave work until I have every thing finished completely.
Sometimes this bothers me but I feel inside that it is important.
I am the type of person who always takes my work home with me. This
sometimes interferes with my personal life but I feel that work comes first.
How would you describe your last employer?
I appreciated my previous employer having given me the opportunity to
acquire a lot of skills and experiences in (name area of work skill).
What five words would be describe you?
These should be your transferrable skills such as reliable, punctual,
organized, friendly, honest, cooperative, outgoing, easy to get along with,
hardworking, energetic, take pride in my work, responsible, respected, dedicated.
What do you know about our company?

operations with domestic flights to three cities in Panama on Douglas DC-3/C47

Rica, which was its first international destination. In 1969, the first AVRO 748 was
introduced for flights to Kingston in Jamaica, Managua in Nicaragua and
Barranquilla in Colombia. In the 1970s, Medellin, Cartagena, San Salvador and
Guatemala became part of the expanding network of destination cities.
2011

network with 7 new destinations, solidifying the Hub of the Americas’ leadership
position in the region.

Have you ever needed to remember something for a long period of time? Have you
ever needed to write a check or sign a contact but didn’t have the tools on hand to
do so? Allow me to introduce BIC pens. BIC pens are designed specifically help
you write down items you need to remember, while it’s reliable ink is designed to
withstand even the harshest environmental conditions. BIC is an industry leader in
helpful writing devices that allow you the opportunity to keep track of thousands of
items on all types of paper, all over the world.
“Easily portable, BIC pens have come with a year long supply of ink, able to write
any words you need to jot down at all hours of the day seven days a week. But
that’s not all. Have you ever caught a coworker sleeping on the job? With a BIC
pen, you can use the pointy tip to stab them into alertness. Our BIC pen tips are
guaranteed to never dull…”
I’m sure you’ll agree with me that a pen is vital to your day-to-day work and it’s
therefore important to make sure you’ve got just the right one? This pen is solidly
constructed so as to be durable for everyday use – even if it rolls off your desk onto
the floor. It has a plentiful ink reserve so there’s less chance of the pen running dry
at a critical moment. It fits comfortably into the hand and even has a clip so you
can safely attach it to your jacket pocket when you’re on the move. I can offer you
this pen at the very reasonable price of 20 pence. However, if you were to take
three – I’m sure your colleagues would also be interested – then I could offer you a
20% discount making a total of just 48 pence. How many would you like?
Tell me about the last time you lost your patience at work.
Describe a conflict you had with a coworker. How did you resolve the conflict?
Describe a stressful situation in which you had to use your verbal communication
skills to resolve the issue.
How would you deal with a passenger who refused to follow the rules (keeping his
seat belt buckled, etc.)?
Imagine you saw two passengers disputing over their seats. How would you handle
this?
Imagine you see a passenger being deliberately rude to another flight attendant.
How would you deal with this situation?
Why do you want to work for our airline in particular?
What do you believe makes excellent customer service?
Why are flight attendants essential on an aircraft?
Give me an example of a time when you dealt with a customer who made an
unrealistic or unreasonable demand.
Tell me about a time that you dealt with an angry customer or client.
Whatwouldyouhave done differently?

However, I've come to a good balance by setting up a system to ensure everything is done correctly the first time. Sometimes, I spend more time than necessary on a task, or take on tasks personally that could easily be delegated to someone else. Although I've never missed a deadline, it is still an effort for me to know when to move on to the next task, and to be confident when assigning others work. How Do You Handle Stress / Pressure? I actually work better under pressure and I've found that I enjoy working in a challenging environment. Prioritizing my responsibilities so I have a clear idea of what needs to be done when, has helped me effectively manage pressure on the job. If the people I am managing are contributing to my stress level, I discuss options for better handling difficult situations with them. I'm not a person who has a difficult time with stress. When I'm under pressure, I focus, and get the job done. I'm the kind of person who stays calm under pressure, and handles stress fairly easily.

I want be a part of this business as it grows. . What Are Your Goals for the Future? my long-term goals involve growing with a company where I can continue to learn, take on additional responsibilities, and contribute as much of value as I can. I see myself as a top performing employee in a well-established organization, like this one. I plan on enhancing my skills and continuing my involvement in (related) professional associations. There is a dispute between two passengers regarding the seats. How would you handle it? A flight attendant is a hostess, and the first responsibility of a hostess is to ensure that there are no untoward happenings during the event. Disputes are right on top of the list of undesired incidents during a flight. Therefore, the first step that a flight attendant must take is to calm down the situation and create a sense of helpfulness of authority. Then, upon determining the actual problem, proceed to find out an amicable solution to the matter. If that is not possible, bring the entire situation to the notice of a superior, which would ensure a quick and logical solution to the problem. Tell me about yourself. Why should we hire you? I am punctual, dependable and can be counted upon to finish what I start. I get a great deal of satisfaction from knowing that I have done something well and on time. For example, at my present job, I was given different work orders every day. It was my responsibility to finish the orders and make sure they all met quality and safety standards within a specific deadline. On occasion, I had to familiarize myself with the product and the production process. I was always able to learn quickly and carry out my job responsibilities.
