resulting from travel or prolonged stay in developing country

• Staff: 12 people (8 PO, 2 communication officers, 2
administrative / financial staff)
• 376 partners
• 2009: 190 contracts (€ 5.5 million)

evaluation, capacity building, policy formulation meetings

• Linking small scale initiatives of Impulsis
partners with ICCO-Alliance programs
• Build capacity of MoNGOs (professionalize,
not bureaucratize)

How can we ensure effective and efficient
communication between the Impulsis team and the
ROs in order to enrich the programs of the ICCO
Alliance with resources of Dutch MoNGOs, and to
enrich the projects of MoNGOs with the expertise of
the ICCO Alliance?
