1. Health Week in Psychological Wellbeing
The following are examples of activities, and a brief summary, the activities the
school offered the students to work with psychological wellbeing.
Meeting and Respond
"Come and test your attitude" was a workshop which is very much about what
attitude I have for what happens to me and to myself.
We also got Sense Of Context theory presented whose author is Aaron
Antonowski.
We learned that the degree of SOC may vary from day to day and from person
to person.
That means, some Simply explained, how large measure of capability I have to
deal with the situations I face.
We had to carry out two tasks where we got to try out how it feels to be
treated differently and what signals I send through my way to behave me.
By being aware of how to behave and how to think about themselves and others
can influence their energy much. One can then choose how to behave and think.
In this way one can strengthen their self confidence and self esteem.
Photo exhibition
What communicate your clothes?
We had a photo exhibition that showed different ways of dressing.
Until there was a question: What do the clothes you? Everyone who wanted to
got to write a simple justification for what runway looks signaled and passed.
2. The purpose of the photo exhibition was to find out "the inside shows on the
outside."
After Health Week got exhibition stand still but with text additions:
- Do you think it is important to have a particular style or it does not matter as
long as you yourself think about what you are wearing?

important who the person is, regardless of what they are wearing?
We received many responses that differed from person to person.
Stress management and study skills
We had workshops in stress management and study skills.
Both preferred and exercises are good for reducing stress.
Those who held the play was Camilla Sterner, teachers and health counselor, and
Malin Rönnqvist, teachers in Swedish and English.
Stress is one of the biggest causes of poor health, both psychological and
physical.
Stress may result notably cardiovascular diseases, one of our classmates had a
blood clot due to stress. Stress can also cause depression which is a dangerous
disease.
We learned about:
- What can cause stress
- How stress affects the body
- What activities are good for reducing stress
- Types of how to write an action plan to get the structure of their life puzzle
- That we learn in different ways
- Test the ways in which "I" get on
3. Young Enterprise
At school we have students who run businesses in various courses. Two of them
are these:
Brilliant UF and ARR UF.
Brilliant UF buys and sells sports belts that are good to keep his cell phone, keys
and more when you exercise.
The other company ARR UF will organize a recreational race May 11 All money

Both of these were by and marketed their products and events during Health
Week.
